About "Suriana"

The project located in Acapulco focuses on expanding and reconfiguring a residual space within an existing house, making use of the area between the existing structure and the natural terrain.

The project adds a new program that includes a bedroom, a family room (with the option for a second bedroom), and a large terrace that directs views toward the Pacific sunsets.

The large rocks on the site will be integrated into the design of the terrace and jacuzzi, blending the natural terrain with the new architecture. This approach ensures a seamless connection between the environment and the reinterpretation of the existing house.

The rugged topography plays a central role in the design, with a composition of different levels that create a dynamic interplay of heights, setbacks, and views. The project balances privacy with openness, providing a harmonious relationship between spaces.

El proyecto ubicado en Acapulco se centra en la ampliación y reacondicionamiento de un espacio residual dentro de la casa existente, aprovechando el área entre la estructura original y el terreno natural.

El nuevo programa incluye una recámara, un family room (con opción a una segunda recámara) y una gran terraza orientada hacia los atardeceres del Pacífico.

Las grandes rocas presentes en el terreno se integrarán al diseño de la terraza y jacuzzi, creando una fusión entre el paisaje natural y la nueva arquitectura, que adopta y reinterpreta el diseño de la casa existente.

El terreno accidentado es clave en la composición del proyecto, que se desarrolla en distintos niveles, creando un juego de alturas, desniveles, remetimientos y vistas. Este diseño logra un equilibrio entre la privacidad y la conexión armónica entre los espacios.
