The building rises above the unique landscape nestled between the western coast with the Caribbean Sea and the eastern side, with views of the Marina. Its architecture mirrors the position of a body that has navigated and settled in this scenic setting, with its connection to both waters shaping its design.

The peripheral openings highlight the building’s inherent horizontality, evoking a sense of lightness and transparency between both fronts. The eastern façade is marked by solid concrete blocks, grounding the building onto a firm stone base where the service and recreational areas of the complex are located.

Each apartment takes full advantage of the panoramic views, integrating terraces that blend seamlessly with the interior spaces, creating a sense of expansive areas connected to the environment. The dividing walls in the façade open up towards the interiors, cutting the northern winds, much like sails on a ship.

The light, pastel-colored materials abstract the vibrant tones of the sea and sunsets, harmonizing the structure with its surroundings and blending the built environment with its natural context.

El edificio emerge sobre el singular paisaje que se encuentra entre el poniente con el mar Caribe y al oriente con la Marina. Su arquitectura mimetiza la posición de un cuerpo que navegó y se asentó en este paraje, conectando esencialmente con ambas aguas.

Los claros perimetrales destacan la horizontalidad innata del edificio, lo que provoca una sensación de ligereza y transparencia entre ambos frentes. La fachada Oriente se distingue por los sólidos bloques de concreto que anclan al edificio sobre el firme basamento de piedra, donde se ubican los usos de servicios y recreación del complejo.

Cada uno de los departamentos aprovecha la vista perimetral, integrando terrazas que se diluyen con el interior de los espacios, creando la sensación de grandes áreas conectadas con su entorno. Los muros divisorios en la fachada se abren hacia los interiores, cortando los vientos del Norte como lo harían las velas de un barco.

Los colores claros y pasteles de los materiales abstraen los tonos vibrantes del mar y el atardecer, mezclándose con el entorno y encontrando una armonía entre lo construido y su contexto.
